A $100 fully-refundable personal check is required for your pet damage deposit.
Payments Required: Full payment holidays, last full weekend in Sept and over Nov deer-gun hunting season hunting, w/in 24 hrs if charging, w/in 5 business days if using check or MO. 50/50 non-charge card payment plans will be considered: 50% due within 5 business days if by check, MO or cash, bal due no later than 30 days b/4 check-in date. Rental Agreement, Charge Authorization Form & Pet Agreement form, as required, must be signed & returned as email attachments before rental is confirmed.
Pet Fees: $100 refundable pet damage deposit (personal check only) plus nightly pet fees: for 3 nite stays: $15 (1 dog), $20 (2), $25 (3). For 4 or more nites: $12 (1 dog) $17 (2) $22 (3.) Limit 3 (dogs only). No weight limit. K9 owners must comply w/ our Pet Regs & Rules, sign & email back Pet Registration Form & mail damage deposit check to be received w/in 5 business days of confirmed rental.
Cancellations & Refunds: No refunds for late arrivals, early departures or for inconvenience caused by weather, water, hunting or trail conditions. 100% refund if Owners receive written cancellation from Renter at least 60 days prior to Renter's check-in date. 50% refund if Owners receive written cancellation from Renter at least 30 days prior to Renter's check-in date. The same terms apply if Renter reduces the # of nights and/or # of K9s reserved under the Rental Agreement. Pet damage checks are ALWAYS voided and returned to Renters who cancel their reservations and/or decide not to bring K9s to Creekside.
And, yes, we will work with you if you want to change the nights you're reserving to other nights that are still open on the calendar and the total reservation cost will be the same.
